Based on a comparison of 27 countries in October 2016, Spain ranked the highest in Unemployment Rate - Males (ILO definition) with 17.8% followed by Cyprus and Croatia. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with 2.90%, Japan with 3.30% and Czechia with 3.30%.
