Based on a comparison of 27 countries in October 2016, Spain ranked the highest in Unemployment Rate (ILO definition) with 19.3% followed by Croatia and Cyprus. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with 2.90%, Japan with 3.00% and Czechia with 4.00%.
