Based on a comparison of 30 countries in 3Q2018, Spain ranked the highest in Unemployment Rate (Eurostat) with 14.6% followed by Italy and Turkey. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with 2.20%, Czechia with 2.30% and Japan with 2.50%.
