Based on a comparison of 22 countries in July 2017, Spain ranked the highest in Unemployment according to ILO definition - Over 25 years with 15.2% followed by Cyprus and Croatia. On the other end of the scale was Czechia with 2.40%, Malta with 3.00% and Germany with 3.20%.
