Uncovered non-performing loans as a share of bank equity reached 7.11% in second quarter of 2024 in Hungary, according to the National Central Bank. This is 3.92% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, uncovered non-performing loans as a share of bank equity in Hungary reached an all time high of 50.4% in 2Q2012 and an all time low of 2.05% in 4Q2019.
Hungary has been ranked 32nd within the group of 83 countries we follow in terms of uncovered non-performing loans as a share of bank equity.
