Based on a comparison of 30 countries in 2016, Germany ranked the highest in tobacco revenues with USD 25,633 mil followed by United Kingdom and Italy. On the other end of the scale was Malta with USD 125 mil, Luxembourg with USD 154 mil and Cyprus with USD 286 mil.
