Unmanufactured tobacco production reached 38,738 tonnes in 2022 in Zambia, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 17.3% less than in the previous year.
Historically, unmanufactured tobacco production in Zambia reached an all time high of 58,211 tonnes in 2005 and an all time low of 2,308 tonnes in 1992.
