Unmanufactured tobacco production reached 5,780,940 tonnes in 2022 in the World, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 1.73% less than in the previous year.
Historically, unmanufactured tobacco production in the World reached an all time high of 8,944,146 tonnes in 1997 and an all time low of 3,573,808 tonnes in 1961.
