Unmanufactured tobacco production reached 30,850 tonnes in 2022 in Italy, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 24.8% less than in the previous year.
Historically, unmanufactured tobacco production in Italy reached an all time high of 214,851 tonnes in 1990 and an all time low of 24,974 tonnes in 1961.
