Unmanufactured tobacco production reached 2,188,100 tonnes in 2022 in China, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 2.84% more than in the previous year.
Historically, unmanufactured tobacco production in China reached an all time high of 4,251,000 tonnes in 1997 and an all time low of 380,000 tonnes in 1961.
