Unmanufactured tobacco production reached 667,293 tonnes in 2022 in Brazil, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 10.3% less than in the previous year.
Historically, unmanufactured tobacco production in Brazil reached an all time high of 951,933 tonnes in 2011 and an all time low of 167,839 tonnes in 1961.
