Based on a comparison of 12 countries in 2013, China ranked the highest in Tea (including mate) - Waste with 58,322 tonnes followed by Brazil and India. On the other end of the scale was Spain with 43.0 tonnes, Ecuador with 153 tonnes and Malaysia with 318 tonnes.
