Tax Revenue (Local Currency) in Sri Lanka

Tax revenue reached SKR 1,217 bil in 2020 in Sri Lanka, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 29.9% less than in the previous year.

Historically, tax revenue in Sri Lanka reached an all time high of SKR 1,735 bil in 2019 and an all time low of SKR 61.2 bil in 1990.

Sri Lanka has been ranked 33rd within the group of 111 countries we follow in terms of tax revenue.
