Sugar Beet Production in European Union

Sugar beet production reached 120,329 kt in 2014 in the European Union, according to Faostat. This is 11.6% more than in the previous year.

Historically, sugar beet production in the European Union reached an all time high of 156,865 kt in 1981 and an all time low of 69,214 kt in 1962.
