Based on a comparison of 4 countries in 2015, Lithuania ranked the highest in subsidies on soft wheat and spelt with EUR 105 mil followed by Croatia and Norway. On the other end of the scale was Portugal with EUR 0.510 mil, Norway with EUR 12.8 mil and Croatia with EUR 25.6 mil.
