Based on a comparison of 4 countries in 2015, Spain ranked the highest in subsidies on fibre plants with EUR 66.9 mil followed by Bulgaria and France. On the other end of the scale was Poland with EUR 0.630 mil, France with EUR 1.70 mil and Bulgaria with EUR 1.97 mil.
