Based on a comparison of 19 countries in 2022, France ranked the highest in smokers as a share of 15-24 year-old population with 28.3% followed by Italy and Luxembourg. On the other end of the scale was Canada with 1.80%, Norway with 2.00% and Iceland with 3.00%.
