Share of pupils at isced level 1 learning 0 foreign languages reached 41.7% in 2012 in Romania, according to Eurostat. This is 2.21% more than in the previous year.

Historically, share of pupils at isced level 1 learning 0 foreign languages in Romania reached an all time high of 43.1% in 2004 and an all time low of 28.1% in 1998.
