Based on a comparison of 22 countries in 2011, Finland ranked the highest in Share of Population reading Newspapers in the last 12 months by Education - Every day - Upper secondary and post-secondary non-tertiary education (levels 3 and 4) with 84.7% followed by Luxembourg and Austria. On the other end of the scale was Romania with 30.2%, Cyprus with 34.6% and United Kingdom with 37.0%.
