Based on a comparison of 22 countries in 2011, Latvia ranked the highest in Share of Population reading Newspapers in the last 12 months by Education - At least once a week - Upper secondary and post-secondary non-tertiary education (levels 3 and 4) with 41.7% followed by Poland and United Kingdom. On the other end of the scale was Italy with 8.40%, Finland with 11.0% and Luxembourg with 14.9%.
