Based on a comparison of 18 countries in 2011, Romania ranked the highest in Share of Population reading Newspapers in the last 12 months by Education - At least once a month - Pre-primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) with 16.3% followed by Serbia and Poland. On the other end of the scale was Slovenia with 3.60%, Germany with 3.80% and Spain with 6.70%.
