Based on a comparison of 19 countries in 2011, United Kingdom ranked the highest in Share of Population reading Newspapers in the last 12 months by Education - At least once a month - First and second stage of tertiary education (levels 5 and 6) with 8.40% followed by Cyprus and Italy. On the other end of the scale was Lithuania with 1.90%, Turkey with 1.90% and Slovenia with 2.30%.
