Share of population in towns and suburbs which reported the occurrence of crime, violence or vandalism in their area reached 6.30% in 2016 in Latvia, according to Eurostat. This is 18.9% more than in the previous year.

Historically, Share of Population in Towns and Suburbs which reported the occurrence of crime, violence or vandalism in their area in Latvia reached an all time high of 18.9% in 2007 and an all time low of 1.50% in 2011.
