Based on a comparison of 20 countries in 2011, Romania ranked the highest in Share of Population by Education visiting Cultural Sites in the last 12 Months - Upper secondary and post-secondary non-tertiary education (levels 3 and 4) - Total with 84.8% followed by Serbia and Lithuania. On the other end of the scale was Luxembourg with 25.5%, Austria with 39.6% and Malta with 41.2%.
