Based on a comparison of 20 countries in 2011, Luxembourg ranked the highest in Share of Population by Education visiting Cultural Sites in the last 12 Months - At least once - Upper secondary and post-secondary non-tertiary education (levels 3 and 4) - Females with 72.6% followed by Czechia and Malta. On the other end of the scale was Romania with 14.5%, Serbia with 21.8% and Bulgaria with 25.2%.
