Based on a comparison of 21 countries in 2011, Bulgaria ranked the highest in Share of Population by Education visiting Cinema in the last 12 Months - Never - Pre-primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Females with 98.5% followed by Romania and Serbia. On the other end of the scale was Luxembourg with 35.8%, Finland with 53.7% and United Kingdom with 58.5%.
