Based on a comparison of 21 countries in 2011, Luxembourg ranked the highest in Share of Population by Education visiting Cinema in the last 12 Months - At least once - Upper secondary and post-secondary non-tertiary education (levels 3 and 4) - Total with 70.7% followed by United Kingdom and Malta. On the other end of the scale was Romania with 12.4%, Serbia with 18.1% and Bulgaria with 22.8%.
