Based on a comparison of 4 countries in 2015, Ukraine ranked the highest in share of population aged 20-24 having completed at least upper secondary education (female) enp with 96.5% followed by Georgia and Azerbaijan. On the other end of the scale was Armenia with 69.3%, Azerbaijan with 72.2% and Georgia with 96.0%.
