Based on a comparison of 4 countries in 2015, Ukraine ranked the highest in share of population aged 20-24 having completed at least upper secondary education enp with 97.4% followed by Georgia and Azerbaijan. On the other end of the scale was Armenia with 72.2%, Azerbaijan with 74.4% and Georgia with 95.0%.
