Share of persons who cannot afford a telephone reached 0.400% in 2016 in Latvia, according to Eurostat. This is 33.3% more than in the previous year.

Historically, Share of persons who cannot afford a telephone in Latvia reached an all time high of 6.30% in 2005 and an all time low of 0.300% in 2015.
