Share of persons who cannot afford a personal car reached 19.5% in 2016 in Latvia, according to Eurostat. This is 9.72% less than in the previous year.

Historically, Share of persons who cannot afford a personal car in Latvia reached an all time high of 37.9% in 2005 and an all time low of 19.5% in 2016.
