Share of persons who cannot afford a personal car

Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Romania ranked the highest in Share of persons who cannot afford a personal car with 32.9% followed by Serbia and Bulgaria. On the other end of the scale was Luxembourg with 2.00%, Cyprus with 2.10% and France with 2.60%.
