Share of persons who cannot afford a computer reached 6.90% in 2016 in Latvia, according to Eurostat. This is 19.8% less than in the previous year.

Historically, Share of persons who cannot afford a computer in Latvia reached an all time high of 34.6% in 2005 and an all time low of 6.90% in 2016.
