Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Romania ranked the highest in Share of People less than 60 years old At-risk-of-poverty with 27.4% followed by Serbia and Spain. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with 9.90%, Czechia with 10.2% and Finland with 11.6%.
