Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Serbia ranked the highest in Share of housing costs in disposable household income (Above 60% of median equivalised income) with 27.2% followed by Bulgaria and Germany. On the other end of the scale was Malta with 6.30%, Luxembourg with 11.1% and Estonia with 12.4%.
