Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Hungary ranked the highest in Share of children (less than 18 years) living in a dwelling with a leaking roof, damp walls, floors or foundation, or rot in window frames of floor (Below 60% of median equivalised income) with 48.1% followed by Latvia and Slovenia. On the other end of the scale was Finland with 9.40%, Sweden with 9.60% and Malta with 12.3%.
