Sex Ratio, at Birth (Females Per 1,000 Males)

Based on a comparison of 178 countries in 2020, Liechtenstein ranked the highest in sex ratio at birth in terms of females per 1,000 males with 1,020 followed by Azerbaijan and China. On the other end of the scale was Zambia with 1,011, Namibia with 1,011 and Malawi with 1,015.
