Sesame oil production reached 8,000 tonnes in 2014 in Syria, according to Faostat. This is 3.61% less than in the previous year.
Historically, sesame oil production in Syria reached an all time high of 21,700 tonnes in 2009 and an all time low of 550 tonnes in 1970.
