Based on a comparison of 11 countries in 2016, Bulgaria ranked the highest in selling prices of roses per 100 items with EUR 114 followed by France and Croatia. On the other end of the scale was Portugal with EUR 27.9 , Spain with EUR 30.3 and Belgium with EUR 31.2 .
