Based on a comparison of 24 countries in 2016, Cyprus ranked the highest in selling prices of oats per 100 kg with EUR 29.9 followed by France and Italy. On the other end of the scale was Belgium with EUR 5.60 , Austria with EUR 8.62 and Estonia with EUR 10.5 .
