Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2015, Macedonia ranked the highest in Self-perceived Health by Sex, Age and Education - From 45 to 54 years - Upper secondary and post-secondary non-tertiary education (levels 3 and 4) - Very good or good - Total with 85.1% followed by Malta and Ireland. On the other end of the scale was Lithuania with 34.4%, Latvia with 37.0% and Estonia with 47.5%.
