Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2015, Spain ranked the highest in Self-perceived Health by Sex, Age and Education - From 45 to 54 years - Tertiary education (levels 5-8) - Good - Total with 71.4% followed by Italy and Bulgaria. On the other end of the scale was Cyprus with 31.9%, Ireland with 36.7% and Iceland with 42.3%.
