Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2015, Czechia ranked the highest in Self-perceived Health by Sex, Age and Education - From 45 to 54 years - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Very bad - Total with 13.8% followed by Denmark and Estonia. On the other end of the scale was Malta with 0.500%, Lithuania with 0.900% and Iceland with 0.900%.
