Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2015, Malta ranked the highest in Self-perceived Health by Sex, Age and Education - From 35 to 44 years - Upper secondary and post-secondary non-tertiary education (levels 3 and 4) - Very good or good - Females with 94.7% followed by Macedonia and Romania. On the other end of the scale was Lithuania with 52.5%, Latvia with 58.7% and Portugal with 63.4%.
