Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2015, Spain ranked the highest in Self-perceived Health by Sex, Age and Education - From 35 to 44 years - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Good - Total with 67.4% followed by Italy and Romania. On the other end of the scale was Cyprus with 24.2%, Iceland with 29.8% and Belgium with 32.7%.
