Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2015, Spain ranked the highest in Self-perceived Health by Sex, Age and Education - From 25 to 64 years - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Good - Total with 59.7% followed by Italy and Bulgaria. On the other end of the scale was Cyprus with 30.8%, Croatia with 33.2% and Serbia with 33.7%.
