Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2015, Macedonia ranked the highest in Self-perceived Health by Sex, Age and Education - From 25 to 29 years - Upper secondary and post-secondary non-tertiary education (levels 3 and 4) - Very good or good - Males with 98.5% followed by Romania and Italy. On the other end of the scale was Denmark with 76.8%, Sweden with 79.7% and Estonia with 80.3%.
