Based on a comparison of 28 countries in 2015, Latvia ranked the highest in Self-perceived Health by Sex, Age and Education - From 25 to 29 years - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Bad or very bad - Males with 20.5% followed by Finland and Lithuania. On the other end of the scale was Spain with 1.10%, Ireland with 1.40% and Malta with 1.50%.
