Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2015, Portugal ranked the highest in Self-perceived Health by Sex, Age and Education - From 16 to 64 years - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Fair - Total with 40.1% followed by Lithuania and Latvia. On the other end of the scale was Macedonia with 13.0%, Bulgaria with 14.9% and Romania with 15.6%.
