Based on a comparison of 30 countries in 2015, Latvia ranked the highest in Self-perceived Health by Sex, Age and Education - From 16 to 24 years - Less than primary, primary and lower secondary education (levels 0-2) - Good - Total with 70.5% followed by Finland and Portugal. On the other end of the scale was Cyprus with 9.40%, Croatia with 13.7% and Serbia with 20.8%.
